This page is about gridtv.app, the website. How the GridTV app handles data is covered by the separate app privacy policy, which this page does not change.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from other websites, and has no forms. It is hosted by Netlify, which receives your IP address and the details of each request in order to serve the site and protect it. If you email us, the message is handled by our email provider, Private Email.

Hosting by Netlify
gridtv.app is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company in the United States, which acts for us as a processor. When you load a page, image or file, Netlify receives your IP address and the details of the request (such as the page you asked for, the time and your browser's identification) so that it can deliver the site, keep it secure and find faults. We do not receive, keep or use that information ourselves and cannot see who you are from it.
Why, and on what basis
To deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors. Our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website is the legal basis (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this information to identify you, build profiles or contact you.
Transfers outside the EU
Netlify, Inc. is in the United States. It states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that it uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our email provider, Namecheap, uses the Standard Contractual Clauses for its processing.
Cookies and storage
None. The website does not store anything in your browser: no cookies, no local storage. Fonts, images and scripts all come from gridtv.app itself, so no other site learns that you visited. That is why there is no cookie banner.
If you write to info@syleniainc.com, we receive your email address and what you write, and use it to answer you. The mailbox is provided by Private Email, run by Namecheap, which handles the messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We keep a conversation as long as needed to resolve it and then delete it, at the latest after twelve months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Links to other sites
The App Store badge and links go to Apple's App Store. Nothing is sent to Apple until you click, and Apple's privacy policy applies from then on.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, ask us to restrict its use, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Visitor logs are held by Netlify, and we usually cannot tell which entries are yours. Write to info@syleniainc.com. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at. We do not make automated decisions about you.
